About the seminar

Research and innovation for a sustainable future.

Cambridge Institute of Technology, Jharkhand, is honoured to announce the National Seminar on “Sustainable Energy Futures: Integrating Clean Energy, Climate Change and Artificial Intelligence (SEF-2027)”, scheduled to be held in offline mode on 9th and 10th January 2027.

The seminar is organised by the Department of Applied Chemistry with the support and sponsorship of the Jharkhand Council on Science, Technology and Innovation (JCSTI). It will bring researchers, academicians, scientists, engineers, policymakers, industry professionals, innovators and students together to exchange knowledge and discuss solutions to growing global energy demand while minimising environmental impacts.

The seminar will focus on solar and wind energy, bioenergy, hydrogen and fuel cells, advanced energy-storage systems, energy efficiency, sustainable resource management, decarbonisation, climate-change mitigation, energy conservation and sustainable materials. It will also explore how Artificial Intelligence can optimise energy systems, forecast renewable-energy generation, improve efficiency and enable intelligent energy management.

JCSTI’s support reflects the importance of research-driven innovation, technological development, scientific collaboration and capacity building in addressing energy and environmental challenges.
